All of your orders are created, packed with love, and shipped from my home-based studio in Florida, USA!

I am a one woman show and do my best to create and pack your orders as quickly as I can! Most items are Made to Order (meaning I make each item when they are purchased) so processing times vary from 2-20 business days due to the current order volume, and to allow for creation and packing time.

With that in mind, be aware that if you are purchasing an item on a short deadline (ex. birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc), that you might not receive it in time. If you would really like to purchase something as a gift and find you don't have the time to wait, please send me an email PRIOR TO PURCHASE so we can discuss rush order options. 

During busier times when I have a higher volume of orders coming in, my processing times may increase and you might have to wait a little longer! (I've recently taken to putting my updated processing times at the banner at the top of my site! I'll do my best to be transparent about any changes with processing times here on my site and on social media. I truly appreciate all of your patience and support!! ♥

Preorder items have very different timelines, so please refer to the listing for more detailed info on a specific preorder! Scroll down to the "Preorder" section of the FAQ page to find more info on preorders in general.

 

SHIPPING INFO

Items are shipped from Florida, United States 

Pricing of shipments will vary depending on your location and the contents of your order since weight is a huge factor in calculating shipping costs. For accurate shipping prices, please initiate the checkout process. Please note that I am NOT responsible for shipping charges. I do not charge extra to ship your packages, costs are 100% the result of postal services.

Delivery times will vary and may be impacted by different worldly events.

I do recommend to everyone who places an order (especially my international peeps!) to add the package insurance available during checkout to your cart. This protects your order from loss, theft, or damage in the event something happens to your package. If you opt out, please note that I am not responsible for packages getting lost in transit!

Please also note that after you've placed your order, you may see it say "partially fulfilled". This is just in regards to the shipping protection since it's counted as a "product" on the site!

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

I ship worldwide! However, some countries may not be listed due to postal service disruptions. Please check out this link for more info!

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Duties and taxes assessed by customs are the full responsibility of the customer. I am legally obligated to provide shipping information regarding order value and must include an invoice for customs if required. 
If you have any concerns about customs, duties and taxes, please contact your local customs office for further information. 
CURRENCY

Prices can be displayed in a variety of currencies, but all orders will be transacted in USD Dollars by your credit card company upon completion of your purchase, and then converted to your local currency. Non-USD Dollar order totals shown during checkout are only estimates of the final amount based on recent currency conversion rates and exclude taxes, duties, levies or tariffs that may be imposed.

ORDERS

Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation via the email you supplied during the checkout process. If you don't receive one within 24 hours, please send me a message. (Don't forget to check your junk mail!)

I always aim to pack your parcels asap and will send you a shipping confirmation along with your tracking information as soon as it's ready! 

    Please note that Express or Priority Shipping does not mean your package has priority packing. Your order will be packed in the order that it was placed.


    *The entering of discount codes are the customers responsibility and discounts can not be applied once an order has been processed. 

      

    RETURNS 

    I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! However as a very small creator who makes a meager living off of her art, I currently do not have the means to accept returns. Each listing depicts a variety of different photos and all important information is included in each description in order for you to have a full understanding of what it is you will be receiving. My policies (including shipping times, made to order, and preorder items), are transparent and I do my best to be as clear and concise as possible. However, if you have received a damaged item please refer to the next section!

     

    DAMAGED ITEMS

    If your item was damaged during the shipment process, please send me an email ASAP at ritualsofanoni@gmail.com so that I can get a replacement to you or issue a refund. Please attach a picture of the damaged item to your email, and thank you so much for your patience ♥
