RETURNS 

I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! However as a very small creator who makes a meager living off of her art, I currently do not accept returns. Each listing depicts a variety of different photos and all important information is included in each description in order for you to have a full understanding of what it is you will be receiving. My policies (including shipping times, made to order, and preorder items), are transparent and I do my best to be as clear and concise as possible. However, if you have received a broken item please refer to the next section!

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item was damaged during the shipment process, please send me an email ASAP at ritualsofanoni@gmail.com so that I can get a replacement to you or issue a refund. Please attach a picture of the damaged item to your email, and thank you so much for your patience ♥
