If you're like me & could use a little extra luck in the happiness department, this is for you!
Traditionally in Japan, Omamori charms are small good-luck pouches containing sacred inscriptions inside. They are commonly sold in Shinto shrines and Buddhist temples, and act as charms to ward off/protect the owner from evil spirits and bad luck!
There are a variety of different Omamori charms featuring different inscriptions for different intentions such as “Safe Travels”, “Education”, “Love”, “Money”, and in this case “Happiness”!
This design is near and dear to my heart as someone who tends to suffer from extreme anxiety and depression. If you suffer from the same, remember you're not alone!
I brought a lot of traditional omamori elements into this, but also chose to add the wisteria because in Japan, they are seen as being durable and resilient.
